      Stable business demand, that’s mainly it

      Pay below market average. Company does wage studies yet makes sure to pay employees below the study average while not being transparent about this. They dodged requests to publish the actual wage studies. 401k match is virtually nonexistent. Management won’t make decisions or agree on anything. Frequent infighting among management. Sales team sells solutions that company isn’t equipped to make and then dumps it on the team who is expected to make miracles happen. Company cuts corners on safety regularly. Some employees do virtually nothing, other employees do all the work. Hard to say which side you end up on.

      -Overall leading Company in our field -Great people to work with that actually works to get things done -Management and HR have understanding of dealing with life situations that comes up.

      Cons

      repetitive so could get a little slow at times still small in Colorado so moving up in the company is up in the air
