Pros

Work life balance is great during off-peak times.

Cons

Since March 2023 this company has turned awful, do not apply. Management u-turned all promises made during Saudi buyout and consistently fail on expectations, leaving majority of staff woefully under prepared and giving unexpected crunch time. Bullying is common in the workplace.

Pros

Compassionate and flexible leadership, work alongside some of the brightest minds in the esports industry on a wide variety of games and projects, invaluable insight and skills to be learned.

Cons

Some crunch or late hours may be needed to ship a project, but it is always compensated through pay or time off and is not unreasonable or unexpected.
