      Pros

      Remote work, no micromanaging, easy interview process.

      Cons

      Unorganized, poor project management, use silly corporate buzzards to try to create fake culture, very top heavy organization. Entire team of technicians and mid management was laid off within months of a huge hiring spree due to mismanagement of the projects.
