      No creative freedom No room for growth Management only listens to his own ideas Not really a fashion business, just a dropship business No health benefits even though they've been saying it is a "work in progress" for over 3 years now Only two full-time positions available in the entire company I'm a Manager, but no one reports to me Pay is below average
