Where does one begin, That is the question. To start off the salary is absolute garbage, The owners purposely try to low ball every employee and undervalue everybody no matter what background you come from. Next the benefits they offer are some of the worst I ve ever seen. You would be much better off purchasing your own plans individually than go through this companies lousy plans. You can tell from the moment you hear what they offer that it s the cheapest policy available. Next, this company purposely hires the lowest paying individuals they can find. You may have heard the phrase, You get out of it what you put in. This is nonexistent in this companies vocabulary. As a former employee I can tell you first hand I worked with some of the most uneducated and inexperienced people I ve ever met. I cant tell you how frustrating it is to have to work around people like that for 40hrs+/week. Ultimately, somebody needs to teach these owners a lesson on how to hire good employees based on education, experience, and background. Instead of, How much can I low ball this person mentality. The sad thing is that this is how the owners like it. The owners know that if they hire the uneducated and inexperienced, they can get by with paying them low wages and can take advantage of them any way they see fit. In my time working their, I have worked around people ranging from those with mental disorders, alcoholics, methamphetamine addicts, to people on welfare and the list goes on from there. Also, you haven t seen a high turnover rate until you ve worked at eternity wireless. This company goes through employees like hogs getting ready for slaughter. If only somebody could teach the owners what employee retention was. But on that note, don t waste your breath speaking to the owners about any of the problems that arise. It will go through one ear and right out the other. Trying to get the owners to fix problems is like trying to teach a brick wall to speak. You might as well put your energy into finding a new job. It is also worth mentioning that the owners are constantly trying to find ways to cut corners just to save a quick buck. In my time working their this happened on a consistent basis. If they were smart they would get things done right the first time so it doesn t come back to haunt them latter on. But once again, don t wast your breath telling them, cause it won t do any good.
