      Great benefits but unrealistic growth expectations

      Pros

      Amazing benefits with lots of tenured reps - could be a pro (very knowledgeable with lots of solid customer relationships) or con (checked out and waiting to retire) depending on the person.

      Cons

      High growth expectations that can be unrealistic considering there hadn't been any new products. With JnJ robotics coming out, it might not be as stable as it used to be. You can't sell anything without a GPO contract.
