Pros
positive environment, good idea of what they are doing, chance for travelling, global opportuniities. I have the chance to come in touch with international tenders and competitions, where not possible otherwise
Cons
Some colleagues were not friendly and the climate in the company lacks of clear hierarchy. Beyond that the general negative climate that exists in the market has influenced the management. The Director is not a good manager and lacks of team building skills.
