      Salary is good, exposure is also good.

      Apart from the company's far location, and the very stressful working environment, I had a very bad experience there, false accusations by supervisors to get to personal wants, such a shame that a huge company like this would keep mentalities like these.

      Transportation. Reputation. Start up experience. Stability. Shiny from the outside, rusty from the inside.

      Cons

      Work Exploitation. Salary. Poor management style, basically a monarchy of local family business. Sort of tribal management style. Low Wages. Extremely stressful working environment. Falsification and lacking ethical basis. Promotion is based on connections of the employee, approving attitude, age, obedience, and docility. Excellence is not rewarded, yet pushing all employees on the median line. Excellence is repelled, poor performance is not punished.
