- minimal experience required - open concept office - first 6 months was great

Cons

- mandatory overtime - lack of communication - CEO shows extreme favoritism - implementation of AI - lack of professionalism - hypocrisy - conducted a mass firing because people disliked the CEO and his business practices

Pros

At ETC, you get ample opportunities to go beyond your regular responsibilities and learn new things! There is a very inclusive, and motivating environment here, which makes it to learn from others and to teach others!

Cons

must be comfortable with in person work. The people are wonderful, which makes it easy to come in everyday!
