Cons

It seems as though the owners and HR are clueless. They want transparency but they can’t handle it and do nothing different when employees confide in them with issues. So many problems. Dysfunctional environment. Poor employee morale.

Half of management is not supportive of their team members, this leaves the areas covered by that management lacking in production and cooperation within that department.
