      Pros

      Although I've just started at Everpress and have had to onboard remotely, I already feel like I'm a part of the company culture. Everyone I've met so far has been very welcoming and I've felt supported throughout the entire onboarding process.

      Cons

      The only downside at the moment is that I haven't been able to meet most of the team yet in person, but hopefully that will change soon!
