Ability to learn. Build the shop from the ground up* Shop foreman is great. Flexible schedule. small company

Cons

Excessive overtime ( 60-80 hours) for extended periods. If a job is under quoted expect layoffs Upper shop management was ineffective. little to no communication or leadership. don't on how "job shops" work. pay is not good for what they ask.
