      Pros

      I have worked at Evolution Ventures for almost 8 months now. It has been incredible to work for a smaller company because of how many opportunities I get to be hands-on with different roles and projects. I have never learned so much in such a short period of time and I will be able to take what I have learned here to any potential future job. I also love the team and the clients we have, it makes every day interesting and different. And working from home is a huge bonus!

      Cons

      It would be great to get to see my coworkers more often, we are all spread out in different states.

      Pros

      Working with EV team has been an amazing journey. Although we work remotely, the communication between members of the team is exceptional. Something that makes EV a wonderful environment is the cultural diversity within the organization; everyone has different ideas and we always find a way to converge these opinions in order to get better results.

      Cons

      Since we work remotely, it will be wonderful to have a meeting in where we can see each other in real time.

      Pros

      I've been working for the company for close to 3 years now. Our technology/application is amazing, and our clients love it. The team is great, we all care for one another, which is amazing.

      Cons

      Since we all work from home, we do not get to see each other face-to-face that often.
