Low Pay Micromanagement No development opportunities as too much workload to fit anything else in Will not invest in development, expect it all to be internal and will not give you the time to develop if you are lucky enough for someone to say yes. Lack of growth opportunities No recognition, its just 'part of the job' Poor bonus Lack of transparency from top down, they say one thing and find out they do the opposite without announcing it.

Varied projects but shaky future and poor onboarding

- Working at CRO allows to work on very different projects at a very short amount of time. - The only life science company that operates in English officially in the Northern Germany.

Cons

- No proper onboarding, you are expected to perform from day 1. - Upper management is inflated with lots of middle management layer, not contributing productively for the projects. - Future of the company is not secure for career development, no promotions, rather many people leaving/laid off.
