They're totally unprofessional and disorganized. They take on more work than they can handle and both the staff & the clients suffer. (I only fully realized what a cowboy operation it was when I left and worked at a decent and well-run PR agency.)
I have been working at EBC for over a year and can say the experience has been invaluable. The clients are incredibly strong- some of the best, most reputable chefs and restaurants. As a small firm, employees here get tons of hands on, client facing experience and freedom to take on a variety of projects.
Cons
The company is small- you need to be self starting, take initiative on projects, and use common sense and intuition to be successful here. Not for someone on the timid side.
