Pros
A good salary and insurance coverage.
Cons
Good salary or a good insurance coverage will not define whether its a good company. The working environment must be more satisfying to work with. No appreciation from the leads after working late nights. Only appreciation will be getting is some kick out from a project to another and finally to the bench. There is no proper plan to evaluate employees. The only way the use is to ask questions in front of a panel like a school. No prior comments or feedback on the work we do. When we ask about the feedback they just ignore. Some QA consultants who work for 8-12 years in the industry ignore the domain related questions when juniors trying to clarify. Can't do any discussions with the SL HR manager. She don't know how to listen to employees. Only thing she knows is keep speaking without giving a chance to employee. She tries to handle everything by herself.
