Pros

Excel is a great place to work. Leadership is transparent and actually involved in the day-to-day work. I'm not micromanaged, the work feels meaningful and I'm fairly compensated. My team is always willing to help and fun to work with.

Cons

At times the workload can be heavy and require you to juggle multiple things at once
