Pros

Great location Good benefits Social events Relaxed work environment Flexible working hours (for most people) Friendly people (except senior management)

Cons

No progression Unrelenting false promises Unfair salary scales for same job titles Employees aren't valued if they aren't near the top More work constantly expected from employees with no recognition Clear disdain for certain departments by other departments and senior management Extra work/extremely high levels of competency not recognised for most people Incredibly noticeable difference in quality of work between the UK and US teams

Pros

Staff are all incredibly friendly Excellent workplace culture Great bonus scheme 33 days’ holiday Regular social events Free car parking (UK office)

Cons

Poor morale around the office since the acquisition in Dec 2016 There’s an obvious divide between those employees working hard and those who are lazy and distract others
