Bad corporate ethics

Pros

New ships, salary ontime, foreign wages, no tax but all benifits apparant they end up deducting a lot more than even thought.

Cons

Bad work ethics, doesnt matter u r there for 5 months or 5 years.....all same.. They exploit at times......even asked psid wages back on few ships whose owners ran bankrupt........... be careful before giving away your documents..... no accountability...... no good employee relationship.......llvery less retention.........

very bad company,only talk about safety but do not care seafarers safety , donot follow work permits ,sometimes the seafarers are forced or tricked to do the work without permits which is dangerous, office staff and management do not care about seafarers and not cooperative, sign on and off problems,never join,
