Pros

The best thing here is that Exelab is an actual company with shared processes and people who follow them. In our line of work that is rare. Projects have clear goals, roles are defined and the PM slot fits into the bigger machine instead of floating alone. Expectations are high and the pace is quick, yet the payoff is visible: clients are usually excited about the work we deliver, and that makes the long hours feel worthwhile. Compensation and benefits are solid without being waved around as the only reason to stay. Salary reviews come on real achievements, not empty promises, and the welfare package covers healthcare, meal vouchers, two company off‑sites each year. Career progression is transparent; if you bring value you move forward, simple as that. Autonomy is real but balanced by a team and a management layer that step in when you ask or when is needed.

Cons

Remote work here still means work. A few new hires leave during probation probably because they hoped “remote” would translate into lighter effort. It can also feel lonely at times; a coffee over video is better than nothing but no substitute for the hallway chat. The process focus can slow decisions now and then. Formal training exists, though it could be planned out more systematically rather than left to individual initiative.
