Pros
Overly positive work culture. You’ll be forced to learn sales skills and marketing techniques.
Cons
Pay is commission based, and they say they’re not sales focused but they 100% are. You will not have any personal time for yourself with this job, everyday they expect you either on site or in the office, when I worked there, they allegedly gave Wednesdays off but required everyone to come in for a “morning meeting” still. They have team nights weekly (which they definitely frown upon you if you don’t go to them,) weekly after hours business meetings, and when you’re off the clock you’re expected to send a list of personal and professional goals to the boss. The company itself doesn’t believe in a work life balance whatsoever, and you will work seven days a week 8 to 10 hour days almost every week for not the pay they promised. You’re selling a phones in local Costcos, BJ’s, and Targets and they hire you on as a “marketing director” but fail to tell you until they offer you the job that you’re not a director you’re essentially a sales associate “working your way up” to be a marketing director. I worked there for 1 month and only ever received pay for one week where I only made a little over fifty bucks. Overall, don’t work here, you will feel duped. Also they leave fake reviews on their home pages to counteract the negative ones. Hope this helps.
