      Pros

      Upper management will listen to you! If you have an idea, whether you're in business development or a reception, the decision makers will give you the time of day. We have a beautiful office with modern technology and every resource you need to do your job effectively and efficiently.

      Cons

      There are few negatives to working with this company. One may be that we have limited vacation days (about 7?), but we do have a generous PTO allowance.
