Pros

Good, friendly people to work with. New, clean facilities.

Cons

Management "manages" instead of "leads". They hire good people as experts in their field, then ignore their advice and do whatever they think makes them look the best at the moment. Meanwhile, all of the "little people" are left to pick up the pieces and try to muddle through despite management.

Pros

Great Product. Great commitment from almost all employees to excellence. Strong desire from the team as a whole to succeed and be the best of the best

Cons

Lack of appreciation Lack of motivation and direction Lack of compensation, especially to long term, loyal employees Stuck in the "old school" ways Unfortunately the cons much outweigh the pros

small company going through growing pains

Pros

Plenty of work to do. Better than the flip side of the coin. Newly remodeled facility is a nice environment to work in, much appreciated by all. Like all companies, SOME of the people are a real pleasure to work with. At this time the "red tape" associated with larger companys is limited in nature, but that can be a con as well.

Cons

Not enough resources to do the job well or to even come close to meeting the requests of upper management. I have been told by management more than once, there's only enough time to do the job half a_ _. Then at review time, guess what, your review is only half a_ _. I believe this is done intentionally by a certain director to suppress the yearly COLA. Suppressing the yearly COLA reduces COGS which results in better bonuses for upper management. The meager COLA adjustment doesn't even keep up with inflation.
