A place where A-players thrive

Pros

This is not a company for everyone. We are a home for A-players. People who are hungry, driven, and who want to push themselves to the edge of what’s possible in their craft. We give freedom, real freedom. You can design your own path here. You get the space to grow, to innovate, to make your mark. But that also comes with responsibility. We expect curiosity, sharp thinking, and relentless improvement. Mediocrity doesn’t survive here. Our culture is international and alive. With colleagues in the Netherlands, England, Greece, Dubai, and Egypt, you are part of a team that is both diverse and united. Every year we travel together on vacation, and we work in a stunning office at the Concertgebouwplein in Amsterdam. We play at a high level. We ask a lot, but we also give a lot. If you are ambitious, if you want to learn from the best and build something that matters, this is the place where you can truly come into your own.

Cons

This is not the place if you want comfort or “good enough”. The bar is high: we expect relentless learning and innovation. We don’t take you by the hand — you are expected to know what you need to learn, push yourself, and take ownership of your growth. This is a place for self-starters who want to play at the highest level. Freedom means responsibility — if you need hand-holding, you won’t thrive here.

Pros

During my 1.5 years at Experiencegift, I was genuinely impressed by the individual approach the company takes with its employees. Management ensures that everyone feels heard, and employees’ needs are thoughtfully addressed. I was fortunate to work alongside a young, energetic team in the vibrant heart of Amsterdam, surrounded by genuinely kind colleagues. The company fosters a great, natural culture (Gen-Z approved) where hard work is balanced with fun events and celebrations. As a working student, I particularly valued the flexibility they provided to accommodate my university schedule. Company made it easy for me to meet the required hours for student finance while ensuring I felt supported during my limited time in the office. Unlike many other student jobs, I was always treated with openness, trust, and respect. The office itself is a modern, welcoming space with great coffee and snacks—a small yet great addition to overall positive atmosphere!

Cons

The company’s peak season coincides with a busy time at the university, which can add extra stress. However, direct and open communication from management helps address these challenges and ensures students' needs are taken into account.
