Pros

No real pro's except that it was a nice, stress free layover until I found something better. Since the company doesn't "manage", you can pretty much chill

Cons

Products: no one wants to buy closer ad networks anymore and the half baked attempt at programmatic doesn't cut it Management: As is stated here several times, the CEO runs the company and is out of touch with the market. Rumor has it that if you don't fall in line, he'll fire you hence what is left of management are just the yes men Pay/Benefits: there are none. no stock (it's worthless anyways), bad commission structure
