Pros

Absolutely none. Terrible organization. Wouldn't say anything good about them and never will. I literally go out of my way to tell all my former classmates looking for a job to never use Extension.

Cons

The account manager lied multiple times to me and my prospective employer. With all the lies and poor communication, it led to the employer rescinding their offer after they found out the account manager lied and ultimately cost me a very promising job.

Pros

The office is in a good location

Cons

Working for this company was amazing in the beginning (so I thought). They try to act as if everyone is involved till you see it's all a darn joke. Everyone stabs everyone in the back. Cannot TRUST anyone there. They have absolutely no training whatsoever (until about 3 months ago) and they expect you to hit unbelievable numbers. They give bonuses to "certain employees" and not others. Some managers tell you that you are doing soooo great yet never receive a raise or a "bonus". The rates they accept from clients is ridiculous (they should be ashamed). The way the CEO treats certain employees versus others is sickening. If you do not go out and drink or smoke with CEO (now former) you are not a "favorite" and won't even get a "hey how are you". Considering the time, I was there I saw 5 managers/VP's come and go and over 20 people come and go (worse turnover then Pick N Save) I'd be shocked if they are around for another year! They have sayings all over about how they care so much for people yada yada, yet let go people with no notice and worst of all with no severance or even a "hey so sorry here is some of YOUR PTO you earned" I use to have such amazing things to say till I saw what they did to last VP there. They hired a HR person to get rid of people then she quit (if that doesn't say anything about the company not sure what will). To top all that the CEO that is listed stepped down about a couple weeks after HR lady quit (again RED RED FLAGS). RUN RUN RUN!!!!

Pros

The office was cool but they moved.

Cons

Put simply this company doesn't value their employees. They will hire and fire you for the most arbitrary reasons imaginable. This is not the company for you if you are looking for a stable environment. They expect you to work 15 hours a day and then will ask why you are not working more. If you have a family, forget about it. I think they really only hire fresh out of school and people who don't know any better. If you join as a recruiter, know that candidate ownership in their CRM is for 1 year! So basically you become a sourcer for the senior members of the team! There was zero leadership to look up to, the owner sits in his office and only comes out to leave at the end of the day. That is if he comes in at all. Commission structure is on the low side of market and the healthcare benefits are extremely high. Also very limited PTO, but it doesn't matter because they don't want you to take it anyway.
