      Pros

      Small but powerful team for of strong performers that has been rebuilt for efficient performance - and we're crushing it. Fully remote but we make excellent use of Microsoft Teams to create a connected work environment. Ideas are valued, shared freely, and we win and lose (but mostly win :)) together.

      Cons

      The nature of our platform and finding the most valuable niche(s) in the Contech space has led to some whiplash in company direction. This is echoed from past reviews. But the team we have now is firing on all cylinders and navigating these necessary changes together.
