Always paid. Not a scam.

Cons

Minimal communication with management. Lots of travel. Low pay. Expected to do in-person demo lessons and don't get paid if student doesn't sign up. Notes about students are often incorrect. (Said Grade 11, student turned out to be 11 years old.)
