      Pay and flexible schedule, eventually.

      Cons

      Doing the work of 10 people. Confusing antiquated processes and systems. Emotionaly cold work environment. Silenced by management if you speak up. Probation for a whole year with no vacation.

      Consistent job duties, quiet atmosphere in Records Room, able to listen to music/audiobooks while working. Work from home 2 days a week. Flexibility of schedule. Good PTO.

      Cons

      No opportunity for professional development within the organization and specialty; there are 3 Records Specialists all on the same level and 1 Records Manager. Disorganized company culture.
