      Nice office that’s about it

      Cons

      Very biased and Asian management who only favours selected few, promotions based on how much they like you and not job performance. Managers and management are sub standard who lack quality.

      The coolest company to work with. The culture, the people, the party, work hard play hard, the recognition if you do good and there is always room to grow, last but not least, the incentive.

      Cons

      Tech system not up to date. Internal communication process need to be improved.
