Was hired and worked for 3 days. 3 days, really, really? They told me I was too slow. In my past work history, I had worked for an accounting firm for 15 years. I knew this job inside and out, just needed to learn their procedures. Unbelievable! They actually did me a favor!

Horrible hours and under-paid. NO flexibility unless you make up your time by working late or come in early. They would rather see you work 7 days a week and 15 hours days rather than spend time with family and have a life. No work/life balance AT ALL! Lack of Management with employees. Most of the time they don't know what you are doing nor do you even know who to report to. Total boys club and it's all about power and money and who's in with the "puppet master" who heads the company. Management and Partners don't care about their employees needs. Arrogance and several sexual harassment incidents run high and mighty there and sadly they would rather cover their offenders than to protect their employees who are victims. NO HR Department whatsoever. One person in HR that has no backbone and is a "yes" person who has no opinion and is not in the loop about things the company likes to hide because the "puppet master" likes to keep things that way as part of his "control" mentality. Lastly, new employees beware. You WILL be thrown into your position with no one to train you and no manual or instructions. Just figure it out, or your most likely fired. My advice.....STAY AWAY!
