Pros

Lucky to work in some good contracts and money is good, so long as you don't rock the boat.

Cons

I’ve been a senior level analyst in the community for several years, and I’ve never seen a place like this. This organization is fundamentally built on corruption and fear. There is no escape, unless you drink the kool-aid and sell out, or if you happen to get some special treatment. 1. Corruption at all levels. All they care about is money and appearances. Leadership will do ANYTHING to get it including breaking promises to their employees and screwing them over. 2. Lots of malign harassment, threats, gossip, internal politics, backstabbing, and childish antics. At all levels, the company thrives on making you live in constant fear. The only people who actually like it and do well here are the leadership, who do this stuff. Lots of special treatment in exchange for “special favors.” If you refuse, you get hosed. 3. Once you work here you will never get out alive with honor. I've been looking for a new job, but I’m afraid to leave because they might try to screw me over somehow. One guy put in his two weeks and then they fired him in response. If you want your career to end, come here.

Pros

Get to deploy to non hostile nations and get the tax benefit.

Cons

Allowed a supervisor to make racial comments and not be punished Leadership wants you to stay deployed and have complete disregard for your own family God forbid there’s a family emergency back home and you need to leave. The company will delay your departure to see “if the airline prices go down” then will not reimburse you if you purchase your own ticket.

Pros

good area to network to other career choices Benefits

Cons

No Show management makes no attempts to gain control of unneeded social issues within the work environment. Employee based referral and recruiting process allows friends to bring on others to the program that were being released from current work for unfavorable reasons. No accountability for employees who constantly violate FGS regulations. Management upon hire will belittle work experience to attempt solicitation of lower wages.
