Pros

- Recent changes in company structure, leadership, and a transparent comp model have all been for the better. - Peers are some of the most talented in their disciplines. - I like that the work is so fast-paced and everyone is so busy that you have to be okay with a "learn by doing" model for mentorship, and a "figure out how to be useful" model for your early tenure, but I know that's not necessarily for everyone. - Depending on your team, really great customization for in-person/remote hybrid work, flexible hours, and an emphasis on "doing what you gotta do" outside of work in order to show up with your A-game. - Thanks to recent changes to team structure and career advancement, I know exactly what salary I can expect to request during the next review cycle and have a clear timeframe for promotion

Cons

- High turnover leads to lots of brain drain and drift on company-wide policies or processes. You have to be okay trying (and failing) repeatedly before all the nuances start to stick. - There's not yet robust infrastructure for welcoming and training entry-level or early-career folks. Only a few of folks for whom FINE is their first agency experience are still around. - Similarly, some mid-level or senior folks are incredibly well-liked but aren't well-matched to the position they're assigned, meaning their skills and experience are underutilized. As such, many new employees struggle to find their place and leave within a couple years.
