      Good location, very easy to come by MRT Working hours quite flexible, depending on team Can get exposure to latest fintech tech, not so easy to find in other Malaysian company Management style is quite Western style, if you perform well people will notice fast, no need wait many years because of seniority Company also pushing AI quite aggresively, so got chance to work on things local companies still not doing yet

      Hiring bar is high, team quite lean, so sometimes workload can feel heavy

      - Interesting projects with banks and BNM. - Nice colleagues. Easy to make friends. - Base salary a bit higher in market. - Hybrid working arrangement (4WFO 1WFH). - Flexible hours (Come to office between 7-10AM, go back between 4-7PM) as long as you fulfil 8 working hours + 1 hour lunch. - Free parking (first come first serve). - Cafe got cashback. - Good opportunities and experience if want to learn on fintech technologies like software and data engineering.

      Cons

      - Working environment is varies on your team. - OT needed especially when there is a production issues but unfortunately no compensation. - No allowance just basic pay. - Some want changes but some still want to retain dinosaur environment and work culture.
