      - if you have a time machine, this was the best place I worked at until the sexual harassment scandal involving the CEO happened - open minded coworkers

      Cons

      - awful inexperienced management - management has a struggle for power with people backstabbing each other - no recognition is given even when you do a great job - long hours of work - lots of stress - the company is doing no innovation
