Pros
Everyone is a team, like family really. Everyone is willing to help, all questions get answered one way or another, any problems are addressed (quickly and efficiently), and management cares greatly. We are always busy but are still able to maintain a work life balance. We face challenges and get our hands on a variety of projects that make every day something to look forward to.
Cons
FKE is a growing company, always evolving to be better. Upper management is always looking for ways to improve, to help keep our company a place everyone wants to be.

Pros
Great Team Environment and cool work. Really neat inspections of underground infrastructure, some of it hasn't been inspected in 50 to 100 years.
Cons
There are months or even a year where you won't go into a confined space but there is definitely an adjustment to working in some of the underground structures we work in but there is always correct safety practices and PPE.
