Pros
The department I worked at was very friendly and nurturing always willing to help out. Always busy, but not stress inducing. Pay was ok, but I was a junior employee needing experience. Allowed me to gain experience in my profession. Free lunch!
Cons
Toxic work environments with other departments, this included extremely questionable dismissals from the company. Leadership was very behind closed doors and would not be the deliverer of bad news, which was palmed off to someone else. If you made a bad impression on someone there is a very real chance it was the wrong person as it is a company full of friends and family of the owners.
