Some nice coworkers Lunchroom is nice

Cons

Mindless work Being micromanaged all the time No one takes the job seriously Have to fix other agent's mistakes Being yelled at by customers Low pay High turnover rate Overall is not a good place to work if you can find another job other than this I say go for it

Pros

On-floor training is great. Subject-matter experts on hand at all times during initial few days of real calls. After settling down there is a lot of very useful knowledge that can be gleaned from this job and you discover constructive ways to truly help clients' needs. Coaching is patient, helpful and always two-way.

Cons

Hours a little bit more extra than needed. Initial off-floor training lacks cohesion in between its different stages (although I went through it at a time when the training personnel were undergoing change and there was transition, so it could be better now).
