I was a part of the so-called "Future Moves" programme. Generally, apart from working abroad, it was an awful experience. First of all, we had to start from working for more than 4 months at the warehouse as literally a working (lifting weights and unloading trucks). The reason for that was to get an inside experience of how it looks like. However, the duration was too long and It severely reduced the motivation to continue to work. I was looking for ways out and other employers.
Managers didn't know what to do and how to guide young employers. They were not interested at all. There was no clear path of the development and aims to achieve. The company just followed the practice of using development frameworks for young ambitious employers looking at some biggest names but failed to do so.
Overall, I would not recommend it. Got such an awful experience but learned from it.
