No good.

Pros

The pay is good in the beginning but many people absorbed two or three other peoples jobs without any raise or even thank you which made pay not as good.

Cons

One person is ruining both lives and companies reputation nationally. Everyones scared because the threat of being fired is constant. Head of HR reports directly to CEO. Was told to fire an EEOC by other professionals because of one specific person.

Pros

Good benefits at first, then the quality dropped as the company started losing money. Great people with a wide breadth of knowledge.

Cons

Tons of cronyism. Most managers of major software projects have little to no development experience, so you tend to be treated as a personal genie. If you work really hard there, and put in lots of extra effort, the sales staff may be able to afford a new car next year.

A company that lacks leadership

Pros

1. You will learn how to work with a diverse group of intelligent people. 2. You will get a check and insurance benefits where premiums are paid up to 75% 3. You will learn more about the technical business industry

Cons

1. FNC lacks leadership. Management is literally running around like zombies going to meeting after meeting and not solving any major issues. Upper management has about 20 meetings a week in which they come up with a list of action items that NEVER get completed. Instead of hiring more capable individuals, they shift the work load down the to remaining people WITHOUT PROPER TRAINING. 2. If you are really concerned with your career growth, this is not the place for you unless you are a "yes man", otherwise you will pose as a threat and will not go very far. 3. You have to dress to impress for sone managers. Some people care more about how they look than what they know. 4. Without a crystal ball, one can only comment on the current state of the company, and at this point the future is very questionable. There are many questions and very few answers.
