Pros
As an entry level employee (that's all they hire for) you will learn a lot and get exposure to opportunities that might not be available in larger corporations. You have the ability to gain valuable experience towards the foundation of your career, but you should not stay at this company for more than 2 years.
Cons
The company/CEO exploits young professionals who do not have any experience and who do not know any better for cheap labor. They only hire entry level positions at below market rates and expect you to work extensive hours without overtime. They expect you to make your job the top priority of your life while at the same time are not willing to give back for that time or dedication. On top of that the environment is very toxic and unprofessional. The CEO screams, curses, throws tantrums when something he doesn't like happens. Senior management will bully and gaslight you into thinking this is normal and how things should be at a successful company. I can tell you from experience after leaving, it is not. Over the course of my tenure there I have seen them treat so many dedicated and hard working employees in such horrible and disgusting ways, I am still appalled to this day.
