      - Nice colleagues, flexible lunch break

      Cons

      - Incompetent leader(s), no direction nor accountability - Super high turn over rate - Very lean team so expect to do more than your job responsibilities. Do above your job and you will only get rewarded with more work - No professionalism, team will always get the blame if business is not doing well - No appraisal or performance review because HR or management simply do not care about the progression - Horrible management in general because there is no appreciation but blame, no progression, no pay raise, no bonus
