Pros

Nice office, exposure to interesting clients.

Cons

Morale has, for what used to be a brilliant firm, tanked in recent years. This seems to have been driven by poor hiring on a senior+ level. Top heavy firm with the inability to have difficult conversations - seems they'd rather ignore issues until people either leave or get sacked.

Pros

The company has an inclusive approach demonstrated by the team setting the values they want to live by. There is regular communication, feedback and irrespective of role you always get to input into the firm strategy. As a growing company it is always exciting and the work we undertake is challenging but rewarding.

Cons

The travel as a consultant can be challenging but manageable and far less than most other larger consulting firms.

Pros

As a new Compliance Associate at fscom, I’ve felt welcomed and supported from day one. The team is knowledgeable, collaborative, and always willing to help. The work is engaging, and I’m already learning a huge amount. A great place to start and grow in compliance

Cons

Because the projects are varied, it can take a little while to feel fully confident in all areas.
