You may fit into the corporate culture if you do exactly what is told of you. Do not steer away from what the old man says.

Cons

Very unethical work environment where employees will talk about others behind their backs. The owner is 80 and is very old school. He will treat you nice one day and then say you are worthless (in colorful words). Have to break ethics code to work for.

NOTHING...The owner is an old corrupt man who could care less about his employees, no ethics, no morale at this company. Robert Weitzel needs to go along with all management. It's amazing that people do business with this place. STAY AWAY if you want to work here and don't do business with this unethical company.

Cons

Nothing, the owner is abusive and talk to employees in a derogatory manner and is beyond unethical. I am surprised no one has called the labor department on them
