      Not a good place to start career

      Pros

      It is a good company for people with strong background.

      Cons

      The paid is reasonable. However, the company doesn't have standard benefit such as 401K match. health care and dental they provide are probably not in the network in some states. There are too many turnovers for the size of the company.

      Pros

      I joined FTS US, Inc. as a Tax Associate. I love this firm. It is a small firm with a lot of flexibility. The management team is very nice people. They won't overload you with work during busy tax season. Your busy season hours are normal like any other CPA firm. You can work from home after office hours and in weekends which help me a lot in avoiding burn out during busy tax season.

      Nothing. Everything is excellent. Keep it up!!

      Pros

      Some great mentors that are willing to help whenever you need help.

      Cons

      Company with worse benefits in the industry. No sick days, no retirement plan, annual increase close to none, no bonus for 80+ hours work week during high season. Very high staff turnover at the associates/senior associates level.
