      Fundamentally, I did not see a future. If you believe that taking care of customers and employees is the way to succeed, then you will have a hard time.

      Pros

      People are fun to work with. Emphasis is on work so time is important to manage. The projects are a great landscape to learn and develop own personal career growth. Bonuses are offered for acheiving targets. I wish other companies took this outlook!

      None really. The opoprtunity to travel and work on large regional projects means time away from home...
