Pros
Fab-Tec's continuous quality improvement allows you to gain a wide range of experience. Employees who have shown they're commitment and desire to grow and learn valuable experience are given the opportunity. There is no lack of compassion shown in either of the 2 facilities. I have witnessed many acts of kindness both inside and outside business hours. If you're a honest hard working employee I believe anyone who could within the company would help you with just about anything. They have let us take some of the scrap materials home to be used on projects. They didn't ask for a single penny in return. The Pros* go on and on...... By far Fab-Tec is the best company I have ever worked for!
Cons
It gets fairly hot in the facilities during the summer. It's not working under the direct sunlight but it gets toasty.

Horrible family dynamic, no voice, blatant favoritism, poor company culture, poor morale. Good luck with this one!
