      Good if you just want to work 9-5 without worrying about the payscale.

      Cons

      1) Poor increments 2) No opportunity for career growth 3) Favouritism and Politics 4) No employee engagement. 5) HR is unapproachable 6) Poor infrastructure if you are in the backoffice 7)No interaction b/w the senior management and executives. 8)Closed door policy

      the company brand name having legacy of 60 years

      Poor managers, HR team is one of the most embarrassing which even can't prepare KRAs for 2 years of a single employee..!! Bosses like puppies around them who can wave tales in front of them as and when required ..!! So if you want to live a life of low self esteem you can join this organisation .There is no pride in working such organisations where the hard work is neglected but just boot licking is promoted .
