Since I joined, I have seen a clear improvement in my skills and confidence. The team and leadership share a good understanding, which makes daily work smoother. There are plenty of internal growth opportunities, and the training and benefits are quite well-rounded.
It has been 2+ years and I have learned a lot on the job. Every project has been a challenge and has motivated me to expand my skills. Managers are supportive and give space. They care about output and allow flexibility. Growth is possible but it depends on how much you take initiative.
