Working at FACED has truly been the best experience of my career as an esthetician. The environment is supportive, uplifting, and client-focused. She has created such a positive culture where estheticians are encouraged to grow and thrive. FACED provides valuable resources and ongoing support to help us become the best in our field. We even have monthly progress reports that help track performance in memberships, product sales, and overall goals, giving us a clear picture of where we shine and where we can improve. I’ve worked in many different establishments throughout my career, but FACED is by far my favorite.
